Company History

1995 - after a 4 year stint in the US Navy and 18 years of construction experience across the United States, including field and superintendent work on nuclear, hydro-electric, waste water, and petrochemical projects, Louisiana transplant Ronny Lovett and a core group of talented friends started R&R Construction INC.  R&R began by providing site prep and civil services to petrochemical and waste water treatment industries in southwest Louisiana.

2002 - Expanded to add Industrial Mechanical and Piping services after experiencing steady growth from providing high-quality, client-focused services.

2007 - Busting at the seams in its metal building housing, storage, and offices, R&R completed its new Administrative Building to allow for continued growth and technological upgrades.

2016 - Anticipating the unprecedented industrial expansion in the area, R&R completed the construction of a 25,000 sq ft., state of the art Pipe Fabrication facility, resulting in its current complex of over 65,000 sq ft on more than 20 acres.

  Since 2001 - Over 14,500,000 man hours with an average TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) of 0.21.

• Safety awareness and safety behavior do not occur because of instinct, rather they are deliberately learned and practiced every day at R&R Construction INC.

• By involving employees, it is their belief that they have ownership of their safety program and with that, the right to express their concerns for the safety and well-being of each other.

• We always have time to do the job right the first time.  All employees have the right and obligation to stop a job at anytime there is an unsafe act or condition.

• Safety and the well-being of every person on every job, is an attitude at R&R.  Safety Awareness and Safe Behavior are learned, emphasized and practiced constantly, so that each job can be performed safely and efficiently ever day.
